Delivery Information

We can only to process orders for the UK Mainland at this time.

For Books:

Packaging: Books will be despatched in a reinforced envelope.

Price: Price includes UK mainland postage and packaging

Method: Delivery will be by 2nd Class post.

Notification: An email will be sent to the customer to advise date of despatch from Potters Maze Ltd.

Delivery Time: Please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery.

For Art Prints:

Packaging: Prints will be rolled and placed in a cardboard art tube and sealed.

Price: Price includes delivery to the UK mainland only

Method: Delivery will be by courier. A signature will be required at the point of delivery, as proof of receipt.

Notification: You will receive an email to advise date of despatch from Potters Maze Ltd.

Delivery Time: Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery, as each art print is individually printed to order.

Our aim is to deliver within 10-14 working days from confirmation of order but if for some reason this time frame is extended we will advise you. Please ensure you provide us with your email address and telephone number, so we can contact you with any changes.

Return Policy

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item to us. For your information our procedure is listed below, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to clarify any of the details: julieannheath@pottersmaze.co.uk

Returns: Goods may be returned within 10-14 working days from receipt and you will receive a full refund providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and to returned to us in their original packaging and resaleable condition. Please notify us by email (julieannheath@pottersmaze.co.uk) to advise us of the details for your return within 7 days of receiving the goods.

It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt.

In the event that the goods are not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a full refund and you will be responsible for the cost of the goods being returned to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
